This is a simple, classic lunchbox and also a favorite!  day-8

  • Applegate ham and meunster cheese on Alvarado sprouted barley bread
  • Grape tomatoes (cut length-wise)
  • Red grapes (cut length-wise)

You have all 5 food groups in this lunch.  This is your goal for every lunch, if possible.  Getting in the nutrition is the priority.  It doesn’t have to look pretty, but I did used a butterfly sandwich cutter to make it a litte more cute;)

  • Vegetable: tomato (technically a fruit, but you do the best you can:)
  • Fruit: grapes
  • Grain: Sprouted barley bread
  • Protein: ham
  • Diary: cheese
