Hi, I'm Liz!

I believe every woman deserves to feel energized, confident, and in control of her well-being—without overwhelm or confusion.

 

 

For years, I’ve seen women put themselves last, feeling drained, stressed, and unsure where to start. But I’ve also witnessed how small, intentional steps can lead to powerful transformations.

 

Whether you’re looking for more energy to keep up with life, more confidence in your choices, or just a plan that fits your real world, I’ve seen firsthand how the right strategies can make a lasting difference.

 

 

As a registered dietitian nutritionist with 15 years of experience, I’ve guided hundreds of women toward greater energy, confidence, and balance through personalized coaching and actionable wellness plans. I’m also a nutrition professor, a cookbook author, yoga instructor, and a wife and mom of two beautiful children with multiple food allergies—there is no dietary restriction I can’t work with.

 

 

My cookbook, offers practical, allergy-friendly recipes designed for busy women who want to nourish their bodies and their families.  I also created a FREE Recipe Ebook for Busy Women Over 40. Check it out!

 

 

 

Fun Facts About Me…

  • I am obsessed with Hallmark Christmas movies, home renovations, cooking, baking, reading, yoga and decorating. 
  • When I am not working, you will find me at the library, practicing yoga, at a coffee shop with a friend or spending time with my family. 
  • I’m a firm believer that balance beats perfection every time.  And this is coming from a recovering perfectionist:). Believe me, it’s much more fun on the other side!

We will discuss how you or your child is responding to their new food options and make changes, as needed.  We will start to incorporate more variety to their meals and snacks and continue to add beneficial nutrients into their diet.
