Nothing is easier than a quick sandwich for lunch. You have a variety of meats and cheeses (dairy free ones as well) to choose from in order to switch it up a bit. Salami is a treat for my son, so when he gets this in his lunch, he is super excited. Along with the sandwich I packed:
- Apple slices
- Cut up grapes
Snack for the day was goldfish and strawberries. Quick, simple and nutritious. Your child will be getting in protein, calcium from the dairy, fruit and whole grains.
