As you can see, this lunch is a take on the snack plate lunch, but this time it is mom’s choice. I make these lunches usually on Friday when we are running low on “normal” lunch items. I look in the refrigerator and pantry and grab everything I can possibly put into a lunch. I don’t ask for the children’s input because this is all we have!
- Turkey roll ups
- Cheese stick
- Sweet peppers
- Kidney beans
- Grape tomatoes
- Applesauce
- Blueberries
Again, the nutrition is completely there, but in a large variety. Who wouldn’t want to open a lunchbox with all of these choices?!
